Q1. Do you offer custom installed Scripts?

A. Yes, we can install oscommerce, phpnuke, and several other scripts please contact us and we will discuss your needs.

Q2. How do I set up Outlook Express to receive and send emails at www.mydomain.com?

A.Your control panel can easily set up outlook express automatically, you only need to create the email account in your control panel.

Q3. What happens if I use more than my allocated bandwidth?

A. It is very exceptional for an account to go over it's bandwidth limit. If you think you are going to need more bandwidth than our standard plans allow, then contact us and we will discuss a custom hosting account. Please read our Terms of Service

Q4. If I decide to cancel my account how do I do it?

A. Simply cancel your monthly payment, and your account will be closed.

Q5. Where are your servers located?

A. Most customers are hosted on our Klaxon server which is located in the DV2 Data centre in Atlanta, Georgia. Some of our dedicated servers are located in different data centres, these customers will be notified.

Q6. How many pages can I have with my account?

A. It really depends on the contents of your site, this site uses about 4 Mb, so as you can see you could have a pretty big site before you would use your 100 - 500 Mb.

Q7. Where do I find technical information about my account such as perl paths and PHP components?

A. All this information and more is displayed in your account control panel.

Q8. I have an account but frontpage extensions don't work.

A. You can install frontpage extensions from your control panel, or if you prefare you can contact customer support who will happily do it for you free of charge.

A. The absolute path is home/<your user name>/public_html where <your user name> is the user name given to you when you opened your account
